By doing this, you get healthier, you pay more attention to the food you eat, you drink more water, sleep more, consume less alcohol. Let’s say you want to start exercising regularly. The focus here is to make good decisions, work on developing good habits so that your overall personality improves. Just a small change in my day can lead to growth in so many aspects of life, it’s fascinating. Positive thinking has led me to be happier, improved energy levels (which helps me to exercise better), clear thinking, lower stress and simply being positive in every situation. I didn’t believe it at first but I’m two weeks into this whole affirmation thing and I have to say, it works and it works DAMN well. I’ve heard consistently using affirmations in your day can keep you confident and optimistic. Nowadays I say affirmations to keep myself positive and productive. But by knowing how to learn these habits effectively, you can elevate your success rates and be a better, smarter and more productive person in a few months. Keystone habits create a chain reaction that affects your life by either enhancing or damaging it depending on whether you learn good or bad keystone habits. Keystone behaviour or Keystone habits are small habits that you add to your routine to bring positive growth and development in other aspects of your life.
